I hate those asians that drive the mazda rx7 or 8 and the ones who have the civic hatchback there ****in posers.
hell yeah i hear ya
the rx7 and rx8 are slept on tho. they are garbage, but quick as heck. i know a bunch of import guys who have told me they are cheap speed but the rotory motors tend to break down quick and have all sorts of problems. i believe all of you who "hate" imports do so cause you have at one point or another been destroyed by one. i don't hate any imports or "riced out" cars. i find them funny and some are quick so i will give them due respect.

first a picture would help and second, probably not very close. a clean origional will fetch you about 13-15. yours maybe 20, i'd have to see it, exterior, interior, undercarrage and engine compartment.
This thread had me laughing, Ive had mine since I was 16. Now Im 19, and finally have it where i want it restoration wise. My question is (maybe I missed it), where do you work? How in the heck did a 16 yr old make all that cash?

for some reason i cant get pictures uploaded, but interior is all brand new w\ some aftermarket parts (window crank, steering wheel, steering collum) the body is almost all brand new exept for the roof and decklid which are mint. (billet grill, billet tailamp bezels all new molding) painted a month ago. I mean anything and everything has been replaced or it was mint. o yeah, i put a dakota digital dash in it and it is sweet

talk about needing to knock on wood there. That sux 4 the guy with the dear. But as for the car I am a 17 year old and see alot of those ricers around school. What i really dont get is why they take a 2000 dollar or less car and prob put over 4000 dollars of parts in it. It just doesnt make sense at all. Especially since you know if you sell those cars they would maybe pull 3000 dollars.
Ah I remember high school, people buying civics and throwing the fart cannons on their cars, pimping the wheels, getting spoilers and sound systems throwing up "white trash" stickers of their favorite brands. Then wrecking their cars or the engine died cause they beat their car up too hard.
I think this thread needs to be locked or deleted, its turning into a flame fest and the OP needs to do some growing up.
Wow...I just read this entire thread and I think I lost a few IQ points for going to the end. I have decided to further decrease my overall IQ by posting to this thread.
I am not going to chime in on the ricer comment, the stories of sinking $25k into a car...how said $25k was acquired...or street racing. None of it hardly matters.
What matters is that there was nothing of value to people who come to this site seeking information on restoration, modification, or shared experiences in support of those activities.
I checked to see which forum I was in: All Forums >> Ford Mustang Tech >> Classic Mustangs >> ...yet nothing in this discussion would support the reason for this thread's existence...let alone here.
