Default 03 Mustang headliner

As far as I can tell, this is the best place to post this question. I tried doing a search, but found nothing on newer cars.

Anyways, I woke up this morning to a sagging headliner. This is an 03 mustang with a sun roof. The fabric is not coming away from the headliner, but rather the entire inner headliner is sagging in. I took the side panels and everything off that I could to try and pull the headliner out. This center panel holds the dome light, sun roof cover and sun roof buttons. It is all plastic and two of the places where the bolts go through broke off, causing the entire side to sag. It appears that it is actually bolted and screwed in several places. Then the fabic was glued in while in place.

The only way that I can think to get it out is to either attempt to remove the fabric carefully. The other option is to cut holes in the fabric where all the screws and bolts, and then try and cover these up later or replace the fabric. Either way, I will most likely have to replace the fabric.

Next, I highly doubt that I will be able to permenantly fix the broken plastic where it bolts in. There may be some epoxy that could hold it for awhile, but I'm not sure how long it will last.

Any advice you have would help greatly. Thanks!

I thought some pics might help

Here is a pic of the sagging headliner looking towards the back of the car. You can see the gap by the sunroof opening.

Here is one of the broken plastic pieces. There are two of these. The bolt goes through the center of the plastic piece and goes into the roof. This is all covered by the headliner fabric and there is no way to unscrew the rest of them that are still attached.

Okay, one last one just for fun. This is one of the screws that holds the side of the headliner to the roof. Same as the bolts, the only way to get to it is through the fabric.
