Default First kill in my new Z06

As I mentioned in "the Beast has arrived" thread I had already got a kill in my new car. I was cruising on the 110S enjoying the open road when some guy in a newer model/style BMW M5 gets next to me and then floors it like I was supposed to be impressed. So I kept going at my regular speed but I shifted down to 3rd just in case he didn't know when to quit. Sure enough the guy slows down waits for me to catch up to him and then tries to floor it again..(Bad Move!) I floored my gas pedal and left him like he was standing still... He didn't wanna play any more and got off ther freeway at the next exit. This was my first kill and i'm glad it was a german car. Some of those snobs think that they can take out any american car once they pay 80K+ for one of theirs..

when you say new style modern M5 you mean the brand new 2006/2007 version? I still like the fact they have a couple of buttons you push to switch the output and what they call 'Launch Control'
http://www.automobilemag.com/reviews/0411_bmw_m5/ (first paragraph)

Now if the Z06 had something like that...you could be a track star all day long without trying.

Nice kill though!

I'm not sure what year and I don't wanna claim that I killed the new 06/07 without being positive...So thats why I said new style because it looked like a newer model. I'm sure that I wouldn't have a problem with either but I like to have my facts strait..

well I read up on the 06 M5 and yeah..you'd still kill it regardless of the year. But miss a shift from a dig or launch bad and he'd be on top of you
