With $1000 to spend, which mods would you do first?
You can get the C&L + SCT tuner combo (I have it and its awesome) but the JLT is cheaper so you may want to go with that, its personal preference I guess since they both add about the same amount of HP. I just liked the look of the aluminum tube of the C&L rather than the plastic of the JLT. Anyways sorry... lol back to your mods.
JMO but this is what I would do.
Intake/tuner combo (675 if you go with the C&L) (not sure how much if you go with the JLT) Window tint (mine was 175 for 5% on all windows.) Sequential lights (I think theyre 150.. not absolutely sure.)
What you can get really depends on whether you want looks or performance though... If you want more performance you could go with Intake package and udnerdrive pulleys.
This is also assuming youre installing all of it yourself... no money left for install prices
