i have a 95gt automatic with shorty headers, shift kit, 3.73 gears, ratchet shifter, cobra R rims (wide ones with traction) K&N Air filter,catback Flowmaster exhausts. He has a Stock 96 Eclipse GSX 5 speed (allwheel drive turbo) Can i take him from a stop? From a roll?

If he manages to pull off one of those redline RPM launches without dropping his transmission (not a good chance of that trust me) he might keep up with you for awhile. Anything at or over 100 MPH and it will be a joke. Although they had a good final speed, it took forever to get there. My family has owned 4 of these cars. A TSI (turbo AWD), two non turbo 2,0s, and a automatic 1.8L The transmissions are not that strong, and they are pretty slow compared to a stock mustang. The AWD TSI (ours anyway) was incapable of breaking into the 15s.
