Mustang GT vs SRT8

Hi everyone I only wanted to know if I can take on my dads car. He have a 300C SRT8. Heres the photo.

With your sig mods. It shouldnt be a problem. Especially with the 410s you should be able to take him easily imo. The stock 0-60 on the srt8 is 5.0sec flat right. So as long as hes not modded and you are. You have the upper hand

With what you have done, probably. They run 13.2 in the 1/4 according to Car and Driver. They are surprisingly fast.

I don't think you'll be able to "beat" him with what you have.
I think it'll be a driver's race.
Off the line you might be able to jump him by a bit IF you know
how to launch your car well.
But stock those 300C SRT8 trap at like 107+ mph.
As speeds climb he might actually creep a bit on you.

Give your dad a run and let us know how it turns out.

it would be a close race but those wheels on the 300 would slow it down so you might get him
that 300 looks so clean with those wheels though

Do all SRT8 300's come with 20" rims........or did he put those on? I know those babies are gonna suck some of his car's off the line potential. And with the 4.10s, you can put enough distance on him outta the hole to keep your win even if he starts to creep up on you on the top end. But it will be decided by the drivers of both cars, make no mistake.

now its a even race and its all on drivers
and 300c srt-8's comes with 20's but those in the pic are aftermarket
