I thank the good Lord there arent more people like this guy. Now who doesnt know that almost any 5.0 will smoke an Iroc? Uh lets see... Only him. Well anyway, check it out... Maybe he should drive a Honda too!

Hate to burst your bubble....between a 5.0 & L98 it's a drivers race, this has been beaten to death..but do some research and you'll see 5.0's winning & L98's winning in the 1/4 stock for stock countless times. But anyways ;)

The L98 with twin cats and 3.42 gears can run with a stock 5.0, its then the driver. From what I have seen personaly, most of the 82-92 F bodys were pretty slow. Not counting FIREHAWK's and 1LE's most couldnt hang with my 10th Anneversary TA, it was only a 403 with 2.73 gears. Heavy car, leather interior, and power everything. It only ran mid 14. But everycar has a good day and a bad day, I lost once because I was still spinin at the 1/8 mile. The ol GTO dont hook good on a new surface.
This guy with the IROC has to be a joke, nobody is that stupid, well maybe my brother inlaw. Yeah okay he is that stupid. Maybe it isnt a joke. Either way its good for a laugh. I need some wax, tinted glass, and a bit of neon so I can run 90 mph because dood, that's haulin. Does it matter my car runs 115+ in the 1/4? Nah, not at all. 90 is way fast, no car but a dragster can run over 100, right?
I listened to this at work, everyone was lookin at me funny, I was laughin my arse off... Thought I would share it with you guys.

WHAT A DUMBASS!!! the guy just kept goin and going...he must've said "uh uh uh my iroc....." and "my iroc is a sweet ride" at least a hundred thousand times. i had an 86 iroc.... it aint that sweet bro. yea it's the top of the line camaro from the 80's...but it's just a camaro. they made over 2 million 3rd gens from 82-92. and he called the cop cars CHP's when asked what kind of cars they used..==..... CHP stands for California highway Patrol...dumbass.

ok yeah this guy is an idiot and is a little cocky and thinks his car is hot s**t. but i owned a 88 and an 89 firebird formula 350(L98-5.7L 350 Tuned Port Injection), both hooked up a lot.my 88 had a completely rebuilt motor with comp cam, headwork, full exhaust, headers, intake, ported plenum, and other little goodies, lemme tell u that thing flew, it could race and beat an 02 M3 and i guarentee u it woulda outran any cop. the 89 had headers, full exhaust, intake, chip, ported plenum and it was fast too, faster than my stang. it was fast but the stang is higher in quality. i think this guys techniques would never work "radar doesnt work on my car, its shiny" yeah ok, thats bullish. he woulda been issued many tickets by the time he finished running his mouth. im just tryin to stand up for 3rd gen fbodys because i owned one, i know their potential and a lot of them have been aorund for so long they could have a lot of work too them and are very fast. i probably sound like an idiot, but im sorry, im tired as hell and am extremely pissed off right now so none of this came out right
