im drivng to work tonight, in the cobra, and i get 9 -count em- !9! frikkin ricer flybys, and 3 of them hit their hazards on me. yeeeaaahhhh.... you really beat me. ass. i wanted so bad to kick their asses but between 8 points and a non working radar zapper, i wasnt risking it.</P>


but.... at the last exit where i get off thwe highway to go to work, one gets off in front of me. so, i make sure i line up on him. then i rev at him. so he rolls down his window at me and tells me i already had my shot and i blew it. so he then takes off like a bat outta hell. stupid ricers. i just turned off and went to work.</P>

they're so gay...its like they think they win if you have common sense and dont race em...but who cares? cops will pay em back sooner or later.

lol, this is a true story: my friends dad is a cop, his whole family is freakin rich (8 figures) cause his dad is a vp to some big company... since his dad is a cop and he supports america he looks for ricers that are doing something illegal, like they lowered their car so the lights are under the legal limit to the ground... then he asks them to pop their hood and if theres aftermarket intakes he has them take an emissions test within the next 2 weeks, and most of them fail haha, now thats what i call a good cop!.. hes pretty cool too.

In oklahoma we cant do much about RICE expect hope there cars blow up wish we had some good COPS

damn near every cop i know, including an MP on post who tells me they all hate ricers. they pull em over every chance they get. mainly because they are wannabes who think they're 2F2F for the law... so they nail em for the mods like ZC said.... but they dont mess with me, even though my car gets pretty loud, like im sure robs does with straight pipes, prob way louder than mine. i'll go down to the beach and rev on the ricers who give me dirty looks or rev etc... and the cops just smile when i do it, and pull the ricers over for revving thier engines or whatever else they are doing. cops love muscle cars, and hate ricers. isn't it good to have the law agree with you on something?<IMG src=smileys/smiley4.gif border="0">

My friend has a 03 Cobra with pullies and exhaust....we were riding on suncoast (a toll road ) doing about 80 in a 70...nothing to get pulled over for...but for some reason a Florida Highway Patrol pulled us over...when my friend rolled down his window he asked what the problem was and he said oh no problem he wanted to know how much he paid for it bc he wanted to turn in his 97 GT and put some money down ontop of that for a 03 cobra lol

I dont mind a riced out car, it doesnt affect me much and they are fun to laugh and point at. What affects me is how they can cause alot of trouble and how quite a few of them drive pretty stupidly. Not all of them do, but the ones that do give the rest a bad name. Not to mention that the average joe or soccer mom doesnt see much difference between them and us. So her opinion will be that cars that are modded are bad. What doesnt help is noobs in Stangs, Ta's,or Z28, heck even a kid who lucks into some cash driving a viper and being stupid, and driving like he is in the movie. My car is WAAAY loud, looks like hell, and seems to get across the intersection before anyone else that is waiting at the light, then they pass me about three blocks down because I dont drive it to fast. So yeah in ricer speak a soccer mom just beat my 11 sec Bird. </P>

and anyway, what cosmetic things could a goat have? i wouldnt think any besides wax...theyre just trying to cover all the bases, glasspacked "custom" trucks, ricers, and muscle cars. failed on all three in my opinion. oh, also "off-roaders" with that jeep they got on there.

At the auto zone where i live they have wheels that have those little strings of blinking lights in them on the edge of the wheel, i think that is the gayest thing i have ever seen.

jeepster, 64 is ok, but it's just too old school and i like the (i guess you call it) fastback look. not putting them down, in fact, they're my favorite non 68, but if i could choose...it's 68 hands down

My all time fav GTO is the 65, Best looks, then the 68-69, 69 being better no vent windows, looks cleaner. 70 wasn't my favorite, and didnt much care for the front end until I bought one. Now I like them alot. Hey if its only $1000 to buy it, Ill take it. If it was a big inch car for that cheap, I am there. I also have a 72 with a 455. Gave it to my 9 yr old daughter. Its hers now. I havent found an affordable 68-69 or 65 yet. If I do, its mine. Make no mistake.</P>


Concerning Mustangs, I like 67 best, fastback or notch. 68 if you change the steering wheel. 70 MACH 1's are the shiznit, especially with 351C 4V, or 429 power. Anything with a 428 CJ or SCJ is good, evena Torino. 427 Side oiler = Wayne and garth sayin "Were not worthy! were not worthy!!" Not too fond of BOSS 302, heads were way to big, but alot of potential there.</P>


My youngest brother has a way sweet 68 notch. silver blue metalic paint, 289, C4, 3.55 posi in an 8", wierdest thing about his Stang, bench seat, factory no less. Floor shifter. Black intereior. I built the engine and trans for him, finished the body work, our dad and I sprayed it in our shop. We built a temporary paint booth, came out really nice. Shoulda wet snaded more, but he wanted it. Next mod on it is a set of AFR heads and a bigger cam. Might be a Xmas present for him. Also a 2800-3200 stall. Got him the Performer RPM last year, and one of my Holley 650's. Runs good, has headers and duals. only 2.5 inch but is sounds so sweet.. better than my GTO, and thats something. Crap just wrote a book... I need to work on that. Sometime I'll post pics of it so you guys can see it. Its a nice driver, wish it was mine.</P>
