Question for the NoVA crew. Any recommendations for a good dealer service dept. in Northern VA? I bought the car 2 weeks ago from Ted Britt Ford. I now need some warranty work. Kip Killmon's Tysons Ford is closest to me, but Ted Britt has a loaner program. I used Killmon about 10 years ago, but not recently)
Any recommendations or warnings about either of these two dealers and their ability to effectively work on Mustang GT's? Any other recommendations for dealers close to Tysons?
I'm not happy that I need warranty work.....but a capable service department can make it painless and an incapable one can ruin the ownership experience.
Any comments based on firsthand local experience would be appreciated.

I go to Jerry's Ford in Annandale and theyve been good so far (I drive a 6'er but I dont think it makes a difference), plus they wash my car every time I bring it in. I haven't been to either of the ones you mentioned but I'd try the one closest to home first and then try to stick with them.
Some people also reccommend using the dealership you bought you car from...I'm not really sure if that makes a huge difference, since I didn't get mine at Jerry's and they seem OK to me.
I brought from Ted Britt in fairfax. I have never gone out of my way to have warranty work done from the selling dealer, and I always get treated will. Since I can walk to my office from Kip Killmon, I think that will be my first choice for service (though they wanted $900 more than Britt to sell me the car....)
PS: Zx9: do you work anywhere near tysons? I'm torn between Corsa and Borla for axle backs, but I haven't heard Borla's live and in person. I'll buy you a burger in exchange for a look at and a listen to your exhaust. PM me........(and no I'm not an internet perve hitting on you),
I tried responding to your PM, but the system said you couldn't receive PM's. Then I tried e-mailing you, but I guess that failed. I'll try again.........
I use Jerry's Ford in Leesburg on Rt. 7. It is a bit out of the way, but I got tired of the jerks at Sterling Ford. I doubt that I would take my car to Sterling Ford if it broke down right in front of their dealership. The Service Manager at Sterling Ford was a first class a**hole to my my wife.
