Default '67 Disc Brakes

Spent the afternoon pulling the old discs off of the donor. Does anyone know if I will have to change the spindles or if the splash guards (and rest of the disc assembly) will bolt onto the spindles on my drum brake car? Also has anyone rebuilt calipers before? Does anyone know of a good resource to help with this? These will need to be done from the ground up. Rotors will be replaced. What was the original color for the splash guards, I'm sure it wasn't rust and red oxide primer.

All 67 spindles are the same even 6 cylinders. The 4 piston calipers are a mother to rebuild. My dtry some on line site that would send you rebuilds and you send in your cores. Can't help with the rest

Red oxide primer then semi-flat black on the splash guards.

Thanks for the colors soaring......I was actually thinking about doing a satin black texture. How about the calipers, they black also or left au natural?
