2007 Mustang GT...who'se picked theres up?

In another post were I stated several dealerships told me that
the 2007 Mustang GT's won't be rolling into dealerships until
late August/early September I was told by one member that
he ordered his 07 MGT in March (using the X-Plan) and as of about
a few weeks ago he was to take delivery June 23rd 2006.
I was told by a few people who ordered on the X-Plan that Ford
started production on the 2007 Mustangs on June 5th.

I,personally, was still skeptical that that was true and
that these people would actually
get their 2007 MGT's this early, but I want to be proven wrong.

So, let's hear it, who has there 2007 Mustang GT now.

I ordered mine through the fleet manager with no x-plan, just invoice plus $300, in late March. It's ETA at the dealership is July 2.

One dealer swore that he could get me one that he had ordered already for first week june build and june 15th del when I was looking a couple months ago. I asked him recently if that car ever came in, he said no, it was pushed back because it was a GT stick, they are expecting their first 07 GT sticks mid july so he says. And cars he ordered first week in may arent expected in till late august early sept.

All in all, I am glad I took an 06. But at this point, it pays to wait for an 07 unless a dealer gives you a couple grand off of a 06.

Mine was done being built June 15th. I live pretty far from the factory though (I'm in WA), so shipping on a car takes a while. I got my order in the system March 26th to be exact.

Check the Brad Barnett forums, one of the guys there already has his '07 Redfire vert that he ordered. He posted a bunch of pics of it including some of the new options (Sirius, electrochromatic mirror, etc.) There are also lots of pics over there of '07's that have been arriving at dealerships including several GTCS's. There are also 2 GTCS's on eBay and a Grabber Orange '07. My '07 is supposed to be built next week. With the factory shutdown coming, I don't know if it will ship or get delayed though.

2007 Black/Parchment/Parchment GT Vert...w/ auto, polished 17s, sport interior upgrade, heated seats, front air bags, anti-theft, ....due week of July 9th....ordered in May.

Well, in fact it does look like the ordered 2007's are rolling in.

So I wonder if the dealer supplies will be rolling in sooner than
the late August date several are telling me, or whether Ford will still
be busy filling ordered Mustangs up to that "expected" date?

It all depends on how many cars the dealer sells and how fast they sell cars. I placed my order the end of April and still have no build date at all. Just called tuesday to see if there was anything new. And this is a small town dealership i got mine through.

From my findings around here. 8 weeks ago only 1 dealer had even ordered any 07's yet. And he had it on order for a month already. So if I got this straight, he claims he ordered it in late march and it was coming in mid-june. But now he is saying that one is still not in and ford is talking another 3 weeks.

So it looks like late april orders are going to hit in late august just like most dealers told me.
