I've never drove a I6 mustang, but my truck has a 240 in it, and it'll do 70 with a 4:11 rearend. I'm sure it would do 100 or more, although I wouldn't want to, if it had a higher speed rearend. It also weighs in at 4500 lbs.

95? That car wouldn't do 50 miles an hour with that low of horses. Whats the top speed you got it up too? 80? 90?
you sure about that? some guy had a falcon with a straight 6 dyno'd on some show on the speed channel and it was running about 60-odd horses at the wheels.

hey, bud. dunno how long you been watching for that head, but i got tired of waiting months ago. they have been claiming all this **** for over a year now. "we're developing a head", "we're getting ready for dyno day", "here's pics of the model for SEMA". still haven't seen any of the numbers and it took them forever and a day to get to the damn dyno, like they pushed it there or something. it looks good, but i guarentee(sp) the power numbers WILL NOT be worth the price tag.
mine was at night around midnight on a slight downhill highway i saw lights and i just pushed the pedal farther down. i dont even think we was after me though i would have been screwed though being 16 at the time being caught by GSP with no brakelights.

yeah, mine was on a hilly stretch of highway on my way home from work (about 4:45) and i was flying racing an altima. at the top of the last hill before i passed the cop, the guy pointed to the right. i looked down and i was at about 95. said **** it, there ain't no cops here this time of day and punched it. flew past him, saw him pull out, looked at the speedo and it read 110-115. i said, hell no, i ain't getting popped for that! his lights came up and everyone moved into the right lane. i popped down the off ramp at like 45-50, didn't stop at the bottom, made a left thru a red light and booked. i will never do that again!

one of the reasons the head is takin so long is because mike(head of FSPP) has like 10 projects goin on and he has a full time job but he is making real progress right now the first prototype head is at the place who is gonna make the intakes so that they can getthe best design for the best power then they will produce a few more prototypes for testing and once all of the kinks are out they will produce them which show be in about 6 months if i remember right
and if u dont like FSPP u can get ur performance parts elseware if u can find any

well how much longer do i have to wait? i mean ****, i could prolly throw a 351 in by time this hits tha market. i'm not saying it won't be a good deal, but really what is the cost/HP improvement gonna be? like i said, they have been headed to the dyno for a while and from the last time i was there they had the show motor out and had hit the dyno. what are the numbers, what's the improvement over stock and what's the price tag?
all i want is a vague idea of what it's gonna cost me and how much it's gonna do. i love the idea of the triple webber set up and i don't doubt the product in anyway, but if you are going to make something and you aren't gonna have it done in a timely manner (i understand this guy has a lot of stuff on his plate and that's the reason he's taking so long. no big.), wait til you are further along and don't keep people waiting. i talked to a good dozen people on cardomain about this and they all agree, the wait was too long, most of them went to a 302/347 instead of waiting.
i wish him the best with all of his projects, i really do, and i hope this hits the market soon and with some nice numbers, but i, for one, am a little disappointed with the wait. i have been waiting at least 14 months, if not longer.
