except if i stroke a 351 itll only be to 392ish

and mines a notch.

There's no reason then not to go to 408.... IMO... in any case, if I were to do it over again i would look for a notch... kinda took a likin to em lately...

whats the diff between a 392 and a 408? are the cylinder walls any thinner in a 408 stroker?

cuz i wanna keep my block as strong as possible cuz im thinking about 10 pounds of boost is in my future.

Could be wrong, an there's a lot more knowledgable people than i, but i believe the bore is the same... the stroke is just longer... an thats another thing you bring up... would love a s/c... but i would have to dumb down the pistons cuz my compression is too much to install a s/c... one day when i have zillions of $$$ that i dont know what to do with...

oo and we found out my uncle's suburban was broken into

they stole the 12" [inch] tv he had that flipped down and pushed the

passenger side door lock into the door
