HAHA! Here we are going down the highway, I'm crusing about 70 and I see a WRX getting off the ramp coming onto the highway. I think, hmmm, this would be a nice test.
So I'm still crusing along looking in my rear view mirror and I don't see him. Then we come to a part of the highway were the expressway is ending (start having lights) and there he is about 3 cars back closing fast. We are on the final mile of expressway and I let him come along side of me and punch it...he tries to keep up, but can't!
Now we are in back of cars at a light....this sucks, I want him one on one at a light with nothing in front of us! We're playing it cool, driving light to light...I pass a guy, he is right in back of me mirroring my movements and it happens!!!! Mach 1 and WRX front line of a light!
He comes along side...I tell him "nice ride!" he replys "thanks...what's that a Mach 1?" I say "ya...whatcha think, wanna go?", he replys "on the green".
Opposing light goes yellow...then red...a few seconds and BAM! GREEN! I punch it, so does he...shift into second at 7 grand...chirp the tires, he's right with me..bring her to 7 grand again, shift into 3rd...again, I chirp the tires...he is right there, I am about a quarter of a car length ahead...but as the RPM's are rising, I start to pull away...half car length, full car length, 1 1/2...2 cars, he gives up...flashes me the lights.
It was soooo FREAKING AWESOME!!! My first real test in the Mach 1...He wouldn't even come in back of me. He got behind another car and played it cool...Nothing to be embarrased about, I was thinking...he was neck and neck with me....
But in the other hand, I screamed "SMOKED HIM"!!!!!!!!! LMAO!!!

Not true. Gt's run with wrxs just fine, depends on the driver. A modded GT with just bolt ons and drag radials will smoke em. STIs blow the paint off GTs though. Regular WRXs dont have fart cans, but the STI does. Actually their basketball launchers. I havent run my GT against a STI since ive been modded some, but I just raced my new friends 03 mach 1 and I smoked his ass. So I hope that I meet up with an STI here shortly. Nice kill btw, great writing skills too. Got me very into it.

But you wouldnt know that now would ya.....Cause ya didnt get to see the back LMAO STIs I think have a big intercooler scoop and a small scoop right next to it.....Am I right guys? SI give us some help bro, yer the know it all when it comes to the japanese side of the race world.

i didnt think the wrx had the huge scoop...sounds like an sti. we'll wait for that iwrxit guy to come in and claim "oh, it was a stock wrx probably" or something.
