LOL, well in the sense that most Ricers are jokes, then yes it is a joke. Mainly when you see it is refering to how alot of ricers try and make there car look fast and they put sponsorship stickers on there cars when in fact there car is slow as mollases and is bone stock except for the fart can muffler.
Did that clear things up a bit?

Wow..... I honestly don't know WHAT to say about them.... Usually I can think of a smart @$$ comment to make fun of someone but I'm actually speachless... A Prius??? It's almost as rediculous as putting a rice engine and a fart can on a '67 Mustang (like in Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift) I would love to race one at the track. Our stangs were tested to go 15.3 in the 1/4 stock with no mods what so ever and I know I can go faster than that in mine and they're talking about running high 17's... WOOOOW.......

That reminds me I went to Fun Ford Weekend in Orlando, FL a few months back and they had focus' with exhaust and a couple stock running 17 seconds lol!! The best one they had was in the mid 16's...

This was a true drag race machin though! A 2005 Mustang GT body with a totally different engine in it ran the 1/4 in 7.4 sec! It was so bad@$$

P.S. Once again I apologize for going off topic

LOL, now you can share in our joy of laughing at rice. America's newest favorite past time.

have you had a run in with a ricer yet. stangs seem to attract rice.

I know you weren't talking to me but I had a Nissan Maxima (3.5L) try to show off but I didn't race just stayed right on his @$$ wieving in and out of traffic (not heavy traffic) just to show him what's up? After he realized he couldn't lose me and I was on his butt like white on rice he chilled out... It was really funny because it was a new one probably 2005 or '06 and I just gave him a nice engine reved when I passed him while he turned

It's wierd, i don't get the same kind of run ins that alot of you get. I've only had two attempted races/challenges First from an old POS dodge Caravan the second drom a Saturn. Why either one bothered to try I don't know. Other than that I haven't had any run ins. I'm either very LUCKY or very UNlucky. Haven't decided yet LOL

My friend was in his mom's van and I just passed him lol... the other time I was at a stop light next to a V8 Mercedez and I didn't even try lol... but he felt the need to show off and the other time was at night and I was doing a U-turn into the right lane and a 2006 Charger R/T pulled out in front of me so I got over and he decided to be a dick and speed up and get in front of me so I did my "I know I'm going to lose to take this @$$hole technique" and turned my high beams on (and keeping them on) right behind him He got pissed and got over and started to slow down but I had to get behind him and get onto my ramp... I can't wait to get a ProCharger... ...

I've had quite a few run ins but I just play it cool because I would hate to lose... so far it's been a Dodge SRT 4, Acura RSX (with fart can), Scion Tc (with fart can), Mercedes, Old honda (killed that person off the line they were about to shift to 3rd when I was about to go to 2nd lol) and a Grand Am GT who was very slowly passing me when I was short shifting (when I first got my car lol) and that's all I can really think of right now...

there are alot of honda driving wannabe thugs around my area, my guess is it has to do with the fast and furious watching youth, man i hate those movies everytime one comes out it seems like ppl get more ignorant and wreckless.

You'd probably be better off getting used to driving a fast car for a while, without being so aggressive, and then when you've got the responsibility thing down a little bit more, then get a 'charger. Weaving and driving behind someone with your high beams on doesn't make you a BA... it makes you a jerk. Not exactly calling you a jerk, but I think more hp would probably be dangerous for you if that's how you drive all the time.
