Default $^$(*&%(^%*, Accident this morning

So first of all, the part that makes this the worst...I was asked to put my car in a show on July 9th and this happens.

This morning I was on my way to work I was doing about 30km in a 40 zone due to traffic. I see a friend going in the other direction glance and wave. Then it happens, an old beat-up pickup truch stopps suddenly in front of me cause of the damn crazy garbage truck in front of him. I look back from my glance just as he hit his breaks and I jump on mine. My tires slide and just stop short of his bumper....however the massive trailer hitch he had caught me in the middle of my plate left a crater and messed the plate good.[:@] what a morning.

The only up side is once I replace the plate no one will see the damage and now I have an excuse to get the Roush body kit .

Sorry to hear about that. Thats almost happened to me more than once. You look over at something, then look up, and you're almost in the back of another car. Man, I hate that. I hope everything works out.

Thanks. Im getting new plates tonight after work, I know I can hide the damage for now. The more I think about it the more curious I get about the damage. I barely looked at it cause I was late for the train. It was a quick glance and I had to leave. Just one of those stupid occurances.

Man, I would miss work if something like that happened to my Mustang.

LOL. I was sitting on the train thinking the same thing. I was gonna get off at the next stop and get a cab back

I was pretty distraught, I called my gf and she calmed me down. It sucks, but I think I was really freaking out cause of the upcomming show and I've been trying to get the car ready...as close to perfect condition as I can...then this happens.[:@]

Hopefully the damage is as I first assesd and is all behing the plate. If thats the case Ill live with it for the rest of the season then after winter I'll get the Roush Stage 3 BodyKit.[sm=Awwww.gif]
