This is kind of hard to explain, but the stickers used on the bumper inserts...
do they cover just the flat part of the letters, or the slightly slanted sides as well?

IT depends which ones you get....I have seen them cover the whole letter and i have also seen them cover just the flat part. In my opinion the ones that cover the whole letter look better.

As a owner of both a GT and a Cobra. I've installed these bumper decals on both. The decals fit in the flat area if they where cut correctly by the maker. They cannot fit the angled area or they would pucker and look like crap. For a really factory look. Go with the stainless steel letters that cover the entire letter area. They will last the life of the bumper and you won't be replacing them every two or three years.

CObra kid is right, they are made to fit the flat area......

Hey MD! I wish I had a can of spray paint Id put "DUH" all over your ride hahahahahaha
