OK, first let me say up front that despite having had my stang for well over a year I haven't raced it once. But that hasn't stopped people from trying to race ME. Today it was a Pontiac G6 of all things. I'm cruising with the top down and he pulls up next to me on the freeway and starts "revving" his engine, it sounded about as manly as a fart through a whistle. I didn't even look over, just kept going the posted speed limit. He finally floored it and took off in a really awesome display of performance (not). So that makes a G6, old Chevy pickup, big 4x4 pickup and a couple of ricers that have tried to race me. Do you guys attract all the rifraf too? I wouldn't give any of these wierdos the honor of going up against a Mustang, if I lose they will be telling all their buddies but if I win I'd be too embarrassed to tell anyone about it anyway, so it's lose-lose for me
I was driving about 45 miles an hour on my way home from work, and this sebring stopped next to me at a light. The sebring floored it to about 90 while I accelerated normally. I guess he is probably on a sebring forum saying how he slaughtered a stang in a race!
LOL! I think Sebrings are so friggin ugly LOL! That's ok though, good for him, he was probably 65 and just reliving old memories of back in the day LOL

There probably ARE Sebring forums but I do not think they are like ours. Hmmmm...sort of like a parallel Mustang forum universe...I do not think the posts are "What scoop should I get fo my ride yo?"
or "Will a dual exhaust increase my performance?"

No, it is probably along the lines of
"How can I fit all of my golf clubs and cart into my trunk?"
or "I got a ticket for going 40 in a 65! Mean policeman!"
even "Boy the sound from these speakers playing this ragtime music just brings me back to the ol days!"
Not to bust on any Sebring owners though My grandfather owns one and my father may get one! I just think they are ICK!
