C&L V6 "RACER" MAF Trueflow Cold Air Intake System
When you purchase the complete air intake upgrade, you will receive everything to replace the entire air intake assembly from the throttle body forward. This includes V6 specific trueflow air inlet tube with hoses/clamps/fittings, an upgrade 83mm CNC machined aluminum mass airflow housing, conical air filter assembly, filter shroud assembly, installation tool and instructions. When installing this or ANY aftermarket air intake upgrade that replaces the factory air filter and meter assembly, you must make the necessary tuning adjustments to your computer. If not, your air/fuel ratio will run considerably leaner than stock and the vehicle will not operate properly, causing undesirable driving conditions. To make these modifications easier for the end user, we have found the best solution, which comes with this package and will be explained below.

The XCalibrator 2 is a very advanced version of our existing XCalibrator flash tool. To meet customer’s requests and to include advanced technology, we have added more features to the XCalibrator 2 than any other flash tool on the market. It is the only USB-based tool on the market, which will simplify customer use and save costs from “proprietary” cables that all other currently available flash tools on the market require for updating or reprogramming. Just as the original XCalibrator, the XCalibrator 2 can be programmed to work on any ODB-II equipped Ford vehicle from 1994-2007.
The XCalibrator 2 has both end user adjustment and high speed data logging capability. Using the keypad, will allow you to make changes to your timing, fueling, fuel injector size, and dozens of other parameters. Do you just recieve the one tune? I know others offer 3 so that you can alternate to your own preference

What all is involved in flashing the tunes?
-what is the process (steps)
-how long does it take
-can you switch between flashes "on-the-fly" (can you do it while siting at a red light)
-how many tunes does the Xcal2 hold (3 + factory defualt = 4.....any more?)
-anything i didn't ask
I recently bought the C&L v6 CAI + SCT XCAL2.
I was thinking of switching to a GT and was wondering if I could still use the v6 CAI or not.
If I could, what would I have to do? (code/tunes)
