my two back amps are shot and looking to buy new ones i found a pair for a 95 coupe mustang gt and i have a 96 convertable mustang gt will they work.

But really I don't know haha, but if the body hasnt changed and their the same wattage I don't see why Ford would make them different. Krusher 05-24-2004, 10:19 PM To expand on trip's comment... the stock amplifiers have very small and extremely inadequate capacitors. The stock amplifiers are actually not worth the materials that they use to make them. Aftermarket amplifiers give you a consistent output and the capacitors are big enough to support sudden peeks in demand. The money that you spend on buying stock amplifiers would be much better used to buy a quality amplifier capable of producing the power that you expect from your music. |
