Default how do you turn on the HI-beams?

sorry for the very dumb question, but i cant seem to figure it out...how do you turn on the HI-beams on a 65 mustang...also in order to turn on my dash lights I have tu pull the light knob, than i have to turn it to the left...is that how you guys do it to?...ive only had my car for about a month and its my daily driver, but i rarely drive it at night...

Yeah, It will be a floor dimmer. As far as your dash lights, they should come on when the headlights or parklights come one. Turning it to the left should turn on the interior lights.

Right against the wall on your left foot. Under the washer pump.

lol, i love these forums. i was unsure of what that was for too. mine had gotten rusty and fell behind the carpetting to be buried in more rust and eaten by the crap that was back there. I feel mentally enlightened now. especially considerting next week i have to start the wiring process. woot!
