I read in either the Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords or 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords (can't remember which one it was) that an 03 cobra: stock, save for slicks, front skinnies, no spare/jack, cool engine, great conditions, great driver...
Went 12.43 at (I can't remember speed im guessing 110+)
Usually read about them going anywhere from 12.60's and 12.70's to 12.90s.

The new cobras are animals, I wish I had one... I would drive it stock for a while, until it got boring (or until I could afford to put some mods on it.. i.e. procharger or kenne bell)

12.5's at 118mph? that trap speed carries mid to high 11's.

It is possible. Take your E.T. and trap for example. low 13s can be anywhere from 100 to 110 mph, it all depends on what kind of traction you get, 60' time, etc. My bro's car went 13.4 at 108. Shoulda been a mid 12, yet he had ****ty traction. Just my opinion...

You're both right. The trap speed SHOULD equal a shorter E.T. but if the guy couldn't hook up and did nothing but roast rubber for 2 seconds, then it works out.
