Post some details brother. Was he behind you guys and just didn't see him, was he on a side street, marked car, unmarked, about where did he nab you? It could save one of us others that goes up there a ticket.

first of all i don't need any sympathy from anyone. I will get a lawyer and try my best. The cop said i was honest so most likely go in there and tell them how stupid i was and maybe they'll do something, but on the other hand my driving record is crap so they probably won't. Thats why i need a lawyer. Yeah i'm never racing on hwy again i'll just go up there to cruise and if someone wants to race will set a spot away from the highway. I think a great spot would be right out 2000si's house(dick). Everyone is right i know i did something wrong and illegal, but if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all, thats what my mom always says.

That makes no sense man.

What do you want me to say? OMG I am SOOO sorry that you got pulled over and got a ticket! I can't believe that stupid ****ing pig pulling you over for street racing. He should be out catching criminals and rapists instead of ****ing with you street racing!

My buddy with a 383 Camaro got arrested last night for racing and had his car impounded. It was on the most heavily patroled stretch of highway in the area and everyone knows it. He had to pay $200 to get his car back and he still needs to have his lawyer fix the ticket.
To add insult to injury, the cop told him that he had never seen an F-body lose so badly to a Fox body.

2000SI If your car actually almost did get rearended on the highway from street racing IF I were you I would have been happy it did because....then you could of actually had a car worth racing once every 4 months.....

You would have been happy from being rearended by someone doing 120 mph?

I love the insult on my car, too bad I use my transportation to go from Point A to Point B.

I thought 2000GT had said the dumbest thing I'd ever seen. Then I ran across this line;

quote:

ORIGINAL: Mt Twigbert
1) There are plenty of educated stupid people out there.. And I think I've found one..

Educated stupid people. Right

Ok Jr., let me break it down for you nice and slow AGAIN..

I think we all know 'that guy' or 'that girl' that has strived very hard to obtain very high levels of education.. And yet that same person can't cook an egg, or read a road map, or back up a car or find the on switch on a vacum cleaner.. Are you getting my drift or do I need to go on.. Well, if you need more examples I can post later for you..

On the other hand we all know 'that guy' or 'that girl' who have just about no education.. And yet they can rebuild a motor, or build a deck, or rewire a house or tell you every name of each and ever weed in your back yard..

I'd venture to say your one of the non-smart ones.. Don't beat your self up though.. There are lots of people in your very shoes.. I'm sure you'll find a wife some day who is just like you.. You'll have kids, work your jobs and just have to eat out every time you want eggs.. Don't hate it, embrace it.. Its how you are..

I personally am flattered that you opted to put me on your sig.. I feel honored.. But, jokes kinda on you for not understanding what I said.. But what eva!

for thinking of me when making your sig..

Mr. Twigbert, you beat me to it!

I think it's odd that someone who doesn't even own a Mustang, yet has over 6000 posts on a Mustang forum, is telling other people to "Get a life". Or that he's suggesting that anyone who owns a fast car is compensating for a small penis. Or that Street Racing is terrible, though he admits to doing it himself, and in fact confines most of his 6000+ posts to a street racing forum.

The fact is 2000si was going out of his way to be an asshole to YellowCobra, but then lacked the balls to admit that he was doing just that ...

You know, 2000si, grandstanding, attention-gettting, immature behavior is much more closely linked to feelings of inadequacy than owning a fast car...

Those comments were unnecessary and uncalled for, 2000Si.

He is owning up for his mistake. He didn't complain that he got the ticket, he didn't call the cop any derogatory word. He merely posted that he got caught street racing and that it sucks. Way to be a complete dick about it.

PS- apparently you suffer from amnesia. Let me refesh your memory. 2000Si vs 3rd Gen Firebird.

Way to be a hypocrite.

STANMAN i was on hwy 100 and lincoln when i got pulled over the cop was sitting right by oscars and international autos. Me and the GTO had just dropped it down and i was about to shift into 3rd and thats when i seen him. There was no dening it we were racing. The cop was in a marked car(west allis cop) on the side street i believe just about to start clocking. Thats why he didn't know how fast we were going. He got me and the other car at the same time. Did i leave anything out?

How am I being a hypocrite? I never said I DIDN'T race, I just said my racing is few and far between... and if I had gotten caught I wouldn't be sitting here all pissed off at the cops complaining on a board because I did something stupid.

I just said I'm smart enough to not get caught, the maybe twice a year I actually do play around a little on a deserted highway or two lane road outside of town. He says he's screwed because of his past driving record. Wouldn't that make you stop and think "hmmm well my driving record sucks, so maybe I shouldn't be racing."

Go ahead and give the guy sympathy for all I care. But get off my ass because I don't see the need for it. It's apparent he'll never learn until he loses his license for a year or more, pays insane fines and possibly ends up in jail.

Think again buddy, I'm not trying to be a d*ck so dont think that, . Anyways, me and my wife were cruisin on the interstate at about 85 (speed limit is 70), we werent racing just cruisin to the house, she just got off work. Out of nowhere thiis State Trooper pulls onto the interstate from an embankment, I guess he was runnin radar and was getting ready to move somewhere else, and as he was pullin out me and my wife slowed down to about 75, but too late, he already clocked us. He passed me and got behind her, so I thought he got her, so as she is pullin over, he pulls onto the interstate and blocks the interstate so I have to slow down, and finally I just pull over. He reduced the ticket to $100.00, it was $225.00 I believe and he did that because my wife said that I was gonna have to work overtime to pay the tickets, that wasnt true, but it worked. And then after I told him I worked for the Sheriffs Office he extended the date we had to pay it and lowered each one another $50.00, so 2 tickets for 15+ over the limit and the total was only $100.00.

The dickwad still gave you a ticket after finding out you worked for the Sheriffs office? What a prick. I've got a buddy who's a County Mounty confinement officer and a volunteer for a fire department.

New Haven/Fort Wayne City cops won't mess with him. Sheriffs won't mess with him and State won't mess with him at all. They let him pass through a seatbelt check point when they pulled him for not wearing it after he showed his ID.

Don't stretch it that far yo. I'm here to make my observations and watch you guys get mad about them. I can never seem to get an opinion in edgewise without someone taking offense to it.

I just keep it going because it's funny.
