Default 1978 Mustang II (Worth it?)

Hello,

I dont know anyone that knows anything about this car i want to buy so i thought you guys were best suited. I was thinking of buying a 1978 Ford Mustang II im not totaly sure on miles but it has new drums, exhaust system, oil pump and some other little things. The man is offering $1,500 and i want to know if this is a good deal and a car worth of spending that money on to eventual restore and be dependent on. Im a newbie looking for my first car and i have a small budget but im willing to learn and build on to the car if needed.

Also im from Portage, Indiana

This car you are speaking of NEVER existed! I thought all of them were destroyed as a public service years ago.

Look on craigslist.com. There are different sections for several large cities.
