hello...i'm new to the site, i have a 1999 3.8 mustang, it has 114,000 miles on it, i haven't had much trouble , i had to replace the battery which for some reasons was causing all the gauges to go all the way over and back, (speedometer, tach, fuel, battery, etc.) but when i replaced the battery that all stopped. Now i have another problem, maybe someone can help me with, last night after completely filling up my tank, ( low fuel light not on yet) i started the car and all the gauges wouldnt' work. i shut the car back off and now only the low fuel light is on (which it wasn't before i filled up) and the gas gauge stays on empty. all the other gauges seem to be working, although i'm not quite sure about the battery gauge and oil pressure gauge. does anyone have any ideas of what might have caused this or what is not working properly? the repair shops around here see a girl coming and the whole car needs fixed! please help!
