Default Cobra is broke down!!Some please help

Whenever i bought my car, some dumb a$$ put the slip on underiven crank pulley on it and i never had a problem with it until now.I got in it yesterday and started it up and my battery light was flashing like crazy so i shut it down.I popted the hood open and touched the crank pulley and it burnt my finger. After i let it cool down i got under thier and the pulley over the exisiting pulley just spins in place without turning the crank. And i have no idea on how to get it off.It has no holes what so ever for me to wedge something in it so i can get the bolt broke loose.I bought a new oem pulley and everything but i just can seem to get the damn thing off...can someone help me out?
