Just noticed something tonight. I got this 86 about a month or so ago. Seems to run strong, not oil stains in the driveway (not leaking) and i've been checking the oil (hasn't gone down which tells me it's not being burnt). The kid and I were walking into McD's tonight (I try to feed the boy a nutritious meal!) and he said 'look at that!'. I looked and there was 'vapor' (I wouldn't call it smoke because it immediately disappeared) coming from the left tail pipe. It looked like a lot of cars do when you start them in the winter, you see the exhaust vapor). Today however it was over 70 degrees outside. I've been checking the coolant level also and that has been stable.

Any idea on what this could be? It was only one side (the left pipe). Not buring or leaking oil, not burning or leaking coolant. I have NOT changed the plugs since I got her, but she's ran and idled fine. She DOES smell 'rich' sometimes (like theres too much fuel). Being a F/I car, I don't think theres anything I can adjust for this.

This wasn't BAD (it wasn't fogging up the parking lot or anything, but was clearly noticable!). Any ideas guys????

The speedo DOES say 190,000 miles, BUT there is evidence that the dash was replaced. That with the not oil burn, runs strong, I expect the engine had a rebuild somewhere along the line.
