Default Rattles galore. Help

Does anyone sell aftermarket a pillars? (I believe that's what they're called, the pieces of plastic that take off from the dashboard and go up over the windows on each side, gauge pods attach to the driver side one.

Here's my dilemma: On cold days, the drivers side one rattles. On hot days, the passenger side rattles (not a peep from the drivers side).

It's gotten to the point where I don't even want to mess with the OEM ones but find replacements that are "rattle free" but I doubt anyone has marketed them.

Short of replacing them, anyone have any remedies?

I noticed that it's because the things seem loose, so I don't think pumping them full of foam is a good idea. Also I notice it sounds like they're held on with velcro (when you squeeze and let go).
