OK, this is something new. After 5 consecutive days of nasty weather and rain, I was really jonesin' for some Mustang noise. I went out to the garage and fired up my new '06 GT. I noticed as I revved it after the thermostat started to open, that it had a fairly noticeable vibration in either the engine or tranny (5 speed). I did notice that the warmer the engine got, the less noticeable the viberation was. 1200 miles on the od. And... no, I break 'em in like I'm gonna drive 'em. Any comments?

You answered your own question in your post..... COLD - let it warm up next time and see the difference.

I've herd of problems in vibration at many different rpm's. One problem seemed to be with an exhaust hanger. doesn't sound like your problem as you said yours seems to be coming from the enging or tranny, but just something to look into.
