Default firebird vs mach1

a couple weeks ago my buddy and i were sitting at a light in lynnwood Wa, and a late 90's firebird pulls up ( the kind with that funky lookin hood) and im like dude we have to go for it. and my buddy was like dude im gonna get smoked ( we were sitting in his 03 mach1 and the firebird sounded like a top fuel dragster) so we take off and so does he and we race for about 3 miles at every light and stuff. we lost but only when we hit 4th gear and he started to pull away but we still kept it with him... comes to find out i told a buddy about it and he knows the guy and it turns out the firebird was running a 427 big block hemi w/ high octane race fuel. so it shows a stock 03 mach1 w/ 305rwhp can keep up with that kind of an engine.

mach1 has 375.5hp at the fly and 365 lb. ft. tourqe at the fly. all stock

1badmach1, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever read. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone on this forum is now dumber for having read it. I award you no respect, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Okay.. I'll make a seroius post here.

1. 427 is NOT a HEMI... A HEMI is a dodge motor and normaly they are 426 (like the 5.0 chevy vs 5.0 ford.. 305 to 302). The 427 is usualy can be a big block chevy, but normaly its just a SBC stroked and bored to that size..
2. The Mach does not have anywhere NEAR that HP stock.. they usualy dyno around like 285-290... they were underrated at 305 to the CRANK.. lol.
3. YOu have never heard a real hemi car or a top fuel dragster if you think they sound the same... especally if its on the street..

Really man... thats... a pretty amusing post... you really need to look into your facts a little. lol.
