Why in hell is winsheild washer concentrate that flammable? Isnt that dangerous as hell? (in car i mean). Spraying flammable material all over my windshield (and then over the roof/windows) sounds pretty dangerous, not to mention the possilblity of eating paint.

I believe that windshield washer fluid is THE most flammable liquid in a car. It contains either methanol or isopropyl alcohol to act as anti-freeze agents and because both are types of alcohol they help the washer fluid evaporate off of your windshield, car and ground quickly.
