look closely at the new one to see if the O-rings are prelubricated or not. if they have some grease or other lubricant on them then install them like they are. if they don't, then add a little petroleum jelly around the o-rings to allow them to slide into the locked position in the injector bosses in the manifold. push them in until the base is completely even with the boss in the manifold and then they are in correctly. don't overdo it with the lube, just use a little bit on all the o-rings so they can slip into the grooves machined for them in the fuel rails and the bosses in the manifold.
