Rental badge update
Update .. Found out after looking at my cars passengers side door after the rental badge was removed that its been painted over!! Looked like they did it with the molding left on. Not even close in color..much more shiny underneath and much more metallic on the door!![:@] Took it back to the dealer played stupid about it and they agreed to go half on a total respray of the door and new mustang decal at the bottom of the door. Thought that was pretty cool of them since I bought her with 5000 miles on her and it checked from out of town. I ran a carfax on it and the dealer had some sort of background check on it when I was looking on it. They guessed by the way it looked it might have been keyed and fixed cheaply ...that stuff doesn't come out on checks. Only out $115.00 for this incident, I guess if this is the worst that happens I will be very lucky! Driversd side turned out great so all of you rental owners go ahead and pull them rental badges off!! After you look close at your doors [:-]
