200 CID Inline Six 3 speed manual transmission

The rear quarters are about 10 years old.
There are no dents anywhere on body. The shock towers are solid.
The frame and floors are solid but rusty. The interior floors were recently sanded, patched,primered and painted.
It goes down the road straight and sips the gas. It would be an excellent candidate for restoration.
The dash pad is clean and in good shape.
The interior trim including the fold down rear seat, trap door, fiberglass panels have been restored.
Also, the original (correct) steel wheel covers. The only thing left that's needed for the interior - carpet and headliner.
I could store it for another 10 years and judging by the current market, it would out perform my portfolio.
The car was in dry storage for 10 years before I bought it 2 years ago. Its been in dry storage now for 2 years.
I have driven it aprox. 500 miles each of the last two spring and summer seasons. She's good to go.
It has a straight and clear Michigan title in my name.
