Default anyone used ICE yet?

i did yesterday. seems to work pretty slick. Turtle Wax ICE. comes with a microfiber towel and applicator. it even shined up the black trim. nice stuff. whenever i used my nanowax, it did the usual white maneuver on the molding. not anymore!

I used it this weekend I like the results makes the car have a wet look, and the paint feels smoother now.

Used it, I love it...takes a LOT less time than a wax, and you dont have to be super careful around trim....That towel it comes with works like crap for buffing it off though....you gotta buff the crap out of it !!! I think I'm just gonna apply by hand and use a buffer next time

I used it last weekend and it worked really well. It is nice not having all those white areas left, and it only took one hour to do.

Hey everyone I was reading another thread and someone said that after they had used it a few times they noticed a "white dust" all over thier car. I thought that this stuff eliminates the "white powder" from waxing. I was thinking about starting to use it for my detailing business but want to get more info about it first. Thanks for any input.

The white dust, I believe IS dust. What I noticed when I used Ice is that it left an oily residue (the wet look). It was so subtle, I wasn't sure if it was my imagination. I like the fact that you don't have to worry about trim, but getting the residue completely off is diffiicult. I went through two microfiber towels too.

Anyone else feel the same way?

After my last post, I looked at the bottle of Ice and noticed that it says "contains petroleum distillates". That sort of explains the oily residue. I don't think I'll use this dust magnet on my paint again.
