Ever since I purchased my 05 Mustang Gt a few months ago I haven't been able to encounter a race. Well low and behold as I was driving home from work today and I got side by side with the RSX type S. He started revving his engine as I was starting to pass him. When I heard that I instantly got the biggest grin and thought game on. We slowed down to about 40 mph and he honked his horn 3 times. I pulled real hard on him until he was at my rear bumper and he just sat there until we let off at about 110mph. We made the same run twice with same result. Them litter f***ers are fast. I am bone stock and all I know is he had exhaust. Anyways I hope I won’t have to wait as long for another race�

Huh. I would have expected you'd kill him by more than that. Stock they run mid to high 14s. Probably didn't help that you went from a roll though. Then he can stay up in vtec the whole time. You probably would have annihilated him from a dig. I bet he had more mods than you think though.

Actually yeah, you're right. I just looked it up and the most common number I got was 14.9 [&:]

'05 Should've murdered it. Must have been modded, or you're a horrible driver, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. :P

The fact you initially pulled him hard, then he stayed evenat your bumper makes me think turbo. Pure speculation though.

Like I said all i know is he had exhaust....but he must of been modded...I see the car every now and then...He must live near me...next time i'll see if i can get him to stop and find out what he has...
