I was wondering if anyone knew what they actually did when porting the stock superchargers on the Cobras.
Does it give you any horsepower or just more supercharger whine?

check out the lightning forums at F-150.com or something like that. They have pages upon pages on how to do it.

I have seen some dynographs of 30 rwhp (stage 1) to 80 rwhp (stage 3). They actually open up the air runners on the underside of the supercharger. This will increase the amount of air per revolution pushed out from the rotors into the lower intake. When used in conjunction with a pulley combination, rwhp levels have been exceeding the 500 mark!! It also make the Eaton a tad more efficient.

if you wanna port the eaton out, there are many companies where you mail yours off with payment also and you get a ported eaton sent to you in the mail
