I think it's funny to take a stock internaled pushrod motor that only has ONE cam and only TWO valves and put 12psi on it and it kills anything in sight. Afterall, isn't a pushrod motor old technology? Not that i agree with anything that anyone has said on this topic, but I have a real problem believeing that goat had stock internals, simply because every LS1 and LS2 supercharged/turbocharged setup I have seen either runs like 5 PSI or swaps out the pistions for a dished set because of the high stock compression.
14 PSI on stock internals in a high compression motor seems a bit on the edge?
