supercharged 02 Gt convertible for 03 cobra?

im looking to trade my supercharged GT with 34k miles on it and a rebuilt tranny with 30 miles since the rebuild. the car has 8-9k in mods into it. the blower has 10,000 miles on it. its a 5-spd manual car too. dynoed 440rwhp!! i want to trade it for a 03 cobra with any miles... just let me know or pm me. thanks!
