Anyone know what the Saleen will look like with the new body? Are they even going to make a new one?

rico, I recently called Saleen and asked them if the design for the 05 was public yet; they said they were still finalizing their design, and the 05 is supposed to be pretty sweet. I can't wait to see myself. By this summer we should know something.

Hey, do any of you guys drive any SVOs or Turbo cpupe Thunderbirds? I just got ahold of a 93' LX convertible and I'm trying to decide whether to go with the V8 or to go with an SVO/Turbo coupe setup. I could really care less how loud my car is. I am thinking about practicality and everyday drivability. However, if I can't find any parts for a turbo four stang, then I'm gonna have to go with a V8. If any of you guys happen to know any good places in TX to get SVO components, then please let me know.

A little 05 Saleen info: there will be 3 models for 05. The n/a base model will have around 330 hp stock. There will be a blown S281sc, with base hp around 400+. They are doing an E car for 05, not due til January. The E will make right around 480 hp stock. For 05 saleen is doing their own superchargers, twin screws all, with new casings, ie Whipple.

hey birdie do you know if the new charger will be tunable, with saleen offering pullies withj more boost capabilities? the lysholm unit was a good unit.
