I just recieved my Saleen Extreme!

Just got the Bad Boy yesterday, I have got to break it in and keep it below 4000 rpm for the first 500 miles. It drives like a dream, sounds even better and feels like it just wants to take off. My early observations are first gear is short, but look out when you hit 2nd and 3rd. I bet the hardest problem will be hooking up on take off and 2nd and 3rd. I am going to try to attach some photos but this is my firt attempt so may screw it up. After break in I will have to see what it can do.

Sweeeeettttt.......as for how it sounds; is is loud, throaty, aggressive? Much louder than the standard SC?

Can't wait til July when mine is due. Keep us posted.....shouldn't take long to put 500 miles on her and then let'r rip!!!!

At a stand still its sounds about the same, but once you put your foot down it really starts to rumble and you can hear the cams. I think it will sound even sweeter when I can push it above 5000rpm and get into the real power range of the vechile. I should be at 500 miles by Friday.

Congrats!!!!!!!! Key to break-in is to vary the rpm's.

Sweet! I thought the Extreme had different 1/4 window inserts? What number is your car? Congragulations.

You can choose what you want. i prefered not to have the black out ones- Its #14
