It tells the mods at the beginning of the movie. There's three different clips of this. In the first two the TA beats the Cobra every run. Then slowly the Cobra gets more mods and finally beats him. The first clip of it they are both right around stock and the Cobra gets worked pretty good. Nice ass cars though and that's not fiveO, just some other guy.

Pretty damn good for that N/A T/A to hang with the Cobra as well as he did. I'd like to see a video after the T/A has a blower too...
