I like the concept of the cammer engine, but $15,000 for one is a bit too steep for my blood. Besides that, I could get a lot more horsepower for a lot less money from other race engine builders.

I honestly cannot believe you guys think this car looks great. You ALL hate rice, which generally consist of loads of stickers, unmatching paint on body parts, a huge wing, etc.... This car has all that. At least it's fast.
uh......how can you even think that that looks like rice????
Lets see, HUGE GT-R sticker or painted on, ugly ass wing (which does serve a purpose, I'm well aware), a black carbon fiber hood when the rest of the car is orangeish, sweet ass chrome gas cap....
I know this isn't rice, as all of this serves a purpose, but it looks just like a "pimped" out import.
I GUARENTEE you if it was any other type of car, minus a Ford, it would be butt ass ugly to any and all here.

sup guys. i saw the gt-r IN PERSON at the new york auto show. it is awesome. it is a concept for the American Lemans Series, so it will not be for sale. BUT, most of the parts on the GT-R will be available through Ford Racing. the car is absolutely insane. they re-tuned it to get 505 hp. i have heard that it sounds absolutely rediculous (in a good way). yea, some of it seems like rice, but it is functional. there is a differance. the wing is functional since it will be going very fast. the "ground effects" improve aerodynamics and barely add any weight because they are made of carbon fiber. so is the hood. the color is from classic Mustangs from back in the day in the road racing series of the past, so that is the reason they picked it. they do a great write up of the GT-R in Autoweek if anyone is interested. their website is www.autoweek.com .
