No offense, but I hope it's not the V8.

A first car, female driver, RWD torquey V8, bad combo.

Even if you take "female driver" out of the equation.

The 80s version LX with the 5.0L was a great build. High torque and not as much weight as the GT. They were great strip cars and I personally would never knock em. When it comes to Female Drivers, I race with women every week at the track. 3 outta the 4 drag bike riders are women so sex has nothing to do with it. A chick on an 8 second bike is a phat turn on. Welcome to the mustang club. Its a trip how tight peeps are that own mustangs

ill keep that in mind that fox lx 5.0 is a good ride...nobody here really likes em (minus sean and a few others) so i guess it rubbed on me. but i do have a soft spot for a black 93 gt...<IMG src=smileys/smiley16.gif border="0">

i love the newest stangs and when lowered a bit or with the mach1 little front lip do they look nice! but 94-98 is ok too, and much more affordable.

Zcpeanut
07-18-2003, 02:50 AM
ya it is more affordable, but i just love the new bodies (+the clear front lights) im trying to find a sixer anniversary add. so i can get the 2 tone leather, thats sweet

I HATE leather.

You always slide around when you're getting hard on it.

Jugador1
07-19-2003, 03:41 AM
do you mean that in the way it sounds?

jeep45238
07-19-2003, 04:14 AM
No, you literally SLIDE around on the seat!

Try taking a sharp turn at 40 mph and say you dont hate leather.

333 per month ain't too bad.

I pay $60 per week. On a Saturn.

At least that 333 will go towards a car with balls.

damn...thats a lot. are the sattys with a header the oldish ones that say twin cam on the back? i saw one today and wondered if so and how cool would it be to switch out my moms friend's satty station wagonexhaust manifold with a header lol.</P>

See how the front bumper has 2 narrow slits? That's the SOHC bumper style. When painted body color, it's a '91~'92 DOHC (has the header). The bumper changed to a totally different style in '93.

Be forewarned, You'll have to weld the flex pipe to the cat. The flange on the flex pipe sticks back too far to bolt up to anything but those model years, so it needs to be hacked and welded on.

The good news though: Every aftermarket header is modeled after the stock '91~'92 header. It fits cars '98 or older (5 bolt exhaust manifold pattern was retained untill late '98/99).<edited><editID>jeep45238</editID><editDate>37821.1041898148</editDate></edited>

damn that would be funny...do what you do only to a station wagon version. it's a 5 speed...

The first gen station wagons kick ass for oval track racing. Such a better weight distrubution, almost 50/50.

I want a single cam 85 horse automatic wagon.

Drop in my year motor, stealth turbo kit, hidden nitrous, and a s**tty exterior with pep boy rims ( wrapped in nitto 555 though) ) and a light up exhaust tip to attract the ricers.

Talk about a sleeper<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley16.gif border="0">

that's such a sleeper you'd have to do some red bull injection to keep it awake<IMG src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0"></P>

Not the way I drive my cars<img border="0" src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0"> .

Mid-Ohio and Edgewater will more than keep me entertained with it, if it ever gets built.
