Car started off as regular 281 Saleen. 2nd owner had Saleen engineer come out to Saleen dealership and install SC front end, SC hood, Saleen SC, and new computer/pods. Has factory Saleen warranty on all upgrades.
Has 20" chrome wheels, and they are checking paperwork to see if engine was upfitted to new bigger injectors and computer flash. They are thinking it was since upgrade was done in Feb.
Car has 3000 miles on it, and they are asking 38 grand.
Good deal, or bad deal?

good deal..........I bought a 06' n/a then added a saleen s/c but i paid right ay 50k after tax tag and title....I also have every option the s/c has except the s/c that I later got and of course the hood and the wing.

I am hoping to get some input on an 05 Saleen.

Seems like an average/good deal. The front fascia is the same between a Saleen NA and a Saleen SC. Saleen does NOT install bigger injectors on the standard pulley SC. Is the hood fiberglass or aluminum version? Does it have the HID's? Are the brakes upgraded?
polk right, since its a 05' you can offer less than they want, I thought they put bigger injectors in mine i didnt even ask, but I found out on here that they dont so I had to o back and get 42 so you'l want to so that

Does it have the rear wing? If I understand what is being said here is that the car is worth 05 N/A prices despite the upgrades? An 05 S/C is worth more than that, isn't it? Seems like a good deal to me if the performance is all your after.
