BTW i'm 15 1/2 not 16 lol.
and you have a 4.2 GPA?
where do you live...?
Yeah I'm in 2 AP classes so if I get an "A" they count for more points than a normal class, thats how I can get a 4.2 GPA.
I live in Orange, California.
you can drive at 15 1/2 in Cali?
your school is nice...at my school AP classes means that your grade will drop the councillors even tell us that if we are concerened with dropping out GPA we should not take them

No, I just have a permit. Look at my second post HERE and you'll understand.

What kind of backwater school is that? How the helldoes an AP class make your GPA drop... That is wrong. Here, some people at Chapel Hill High School in Chapel Hill, NC have 5.0 GPA

Yeah at my school "AP" means "Advanced Placement", so getting a "B" in an AP class is like getting an "A" in a regular class. The highest GPA you can get at my school is a 4.7, but my friend who goes to another school has a 5.0 GPA.

do u guys have a limit on how many AP clases you can take, like we can take a max of 3, but im only in 1
I think you can take only 3 at my school too, and I'm in AP European History. My GPA is actually like 4.1522141(something like that lol), but they rounded it up to 4.2.

it does not technically drop our grade, but they are just hard as hell to get an A in because the cource is actually pulled from the University of Washignton
average grades in classes i was in (not AP test grades, just class grades) AP physics AB: 33% AP Cal AB: 62% AP Cal CD: 67% AP Trig and integrated advanced algebra: 83% AP Statistics: 42% AP Senior English: 78%
At my school grading looks like this 90-100& = 4.0 80-89% = 3.0 70-79% = 2.0 57-69% = 1.0 0-56% = choice between repeat, loss of credit (W on transcript), or 0.0
this grading system sucks so much, because even if you get something like a 89.8% you will still get a 3.0 (which happened in my AP Cal AB class)
also, our school decided that to get more credits in a year, we would take 4 classes a day for 1.5hrs each, and what a normal school would do in one year, we could do in half the time, making any fast paced class living hell
also, it seems that a huge downfall is that our school does not offer anything higher than a 4.0! how i am i supposed to compete with people who can get a 5.0?
wow...16 with a gt???? thats just insane. first of all insurance must be completely crazy, and it just isn't safe to have a new driver behind the wheel of a 300hp sports car imo.
Its just going to suck..lol, wait till there pulled over for to big..like speeding (something im sure at no matter what age, we all do...as long as its not reckless) and the cops see there 16, thats going to suck

Sounds like some pretty smart kids but still young to drive such a powerful car........I'm well lets say way over 16 and when I traded the 05 V6 for the 05 GT.........whoa........pulled out of the dealer lot on the test drive almost sideways and barking tires and I didn't even mean to do it.........what quick power these cars have....took some getting used to for a more experienced driver......so guys enjoy but please be careful.......fast is fun unless your dead........................
I got my first mustang a few months before turning 16. It's the 98 in my sig. Now I'm 18 and just got a full scholarship to college ($7,000 a year plus $4,000 for "extra expenses") along with a partial scholarship ($18,000 a year) to Tulane which is one of the best medical schools in the South. So either school I choose, I'm saving my parents a hell of a lot of money. Because of this, they decided to buy me a new GT. I can't wait to be haulin' ass with the 300 horses!! BTW: I have a 4.3 and a 33 on my ACT.
