Well out of curiosity my friend and i took my stop watch and tested our 0-60 times. from 2500, it took 11.49. from 4000, it took 11.19. with a 5-6K launch, I could be running 10's.

yea but these are just 0-60 times. im thinking 18-20 for 1/4 mile. it has a bad valve and runs like s**t, with the mods it has it would put out about 150 bhp if it was running properly. not bad for a car under 2K.

I think he was jokin about it being a ten second car. Like the fast and the fictitious cars. 0-60 on an 11 sec 1/4 car is in the mid to low 3 second range. 1/8 is anything faster than a 7.7. so if it takes 11 sec to run 0-60, man its so freakin slo I might fall asleep waiting for it to get outa the way. Get a Fox body ride for $500 and dump $1500 in heads, cam, exhaust in it. Now that is a cool $2k ride. Or just add a park bench on the rear decklid and a fart can. Dont forget the stickers and you too can run a 10 sec 1/4 in 3 minutes....

what i meant by 2K ride was weight. it's actually a $1000 ride. my bad there. and if you read my first post i was specifically talking about 0-60 times of low 11's. i said with a 5-6 K launch, i could be running 10's... as in 0-60. no mention of 1/4 mile time. i kinda figured you guys would catch that. ouch... you are killing me... please take car of your crx. If you have it modded to 150bhp, it will be a fun little car... although you shoulda got a '88... almost 200 lbs lighter, and passive rear steering, too.
