Default my first 60 time..need advice

yeah so my friend manually timed my time with a stopwatch in the passenger seat a bunch of times so its pretty accurate..it was around 5.5 with my best time being 5.4 flat..is this good for a stock stage 1 roush with auto transmission? My car is basically the same as a gt but probably a bit heavier due to the body kit..thanks for your time
