my cousin found out about my cobra, and is now itching to try me in the quarter. he has a 97 bmw m3 with a lysholm supercharger at6 psi. he claims to run mid 12's with the blower and some german exhaust.no gears computer or anything. ive rode with him before the blower and it felt like a stock gt with him slammin the gears at the redline. he wont tell me his power numbers. i think it is around 230 hp flywheel,so6 psi would put him at 322(14.7 psi= 100% increase, so 6 psi is 40.8%), well that is if my hp is right to begin with,and the beamer is 3300 pounds i believe? and my cobra is bone stock. you guys think i could take him? </P>

I think you will be able too. it should be a close race, but i think you'll pull it off. just race him and see how it goes. you have nothing to lose.

It's hard to say because no one knows how fast his car is. But if I had to say from what you told us, I would think you should take him. Just go out there and give that beamer a cobra butt whoopin.<IMG src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0">

Well how did it go? I am curious. BMW is supposed to be the ultimate driving machine, I didnt like workin on the one I had in Germany. The drive like crap too. M3 and M5s dont drive poorly but the rest pretty much do...lol. and OMG it was S L O W ! ! !
