Anyways, This was from late last fall before we got snow.
Buddy of mine has a "Modded" 2002 Ford Escape SUV. He has Catback, Chip, Intake.... It is actually not that bad. He runs 15.7-15.8 all day due to his 4x4 at the strip. I was there one time to watch him beat some ricers, pretty funny.
Anyways, he though maybe he would have a chance against me. So we took them to a side street and took em up to about 100 KM (Could have went higher I guess but not really any use) I have never taken my car to the track so I agreed, since I knew his time maybe I could get a estimate on mine.
Anyways, specs on my car.
1973 Mustang Mach 1 351C4V Eddy heads 650 double pumper bored .30 over Eddy intake 4.11 hears 9 inch posi rear Comp cam (forgot lift/duration can find it out) 5 Speed crappy custom exaust with 2 inch pipes!!! (Ouch) some other stuff i cant remember
Anyways, taking in consideration that he runs 16.0~ in the quarter, and we only took er up to 100KM (60MPH) what do you think I would run around?
Also, Since my Exaust sucks ass, I wanted to get maybe Flowmasters and 3 inch pipes? Any recommendations? I want this thing LOUD at idle, and the best preformance possible.
Feedback wanted!

Looks like mid to low 14's to high 13's with slicks on a good day. Is it a Cleveland or a windsor? Edelbrock doesnt make Cleveland heads, also what cam you got? A cam with 230-240 degrees @ .050 would work well. If its a Cleveland you can step up to a 750 vacuum holley and see a bit of an increase.

What kind of crack are you smoking again? Cause I want some.
High 13s with SLICKS on a 351?????? A stock 1973 Mach 1 with a set of slicks should be getting somewhere close to 12s. Dont believe them BS stock times from the magazines back in the day. Saw a 396 SS camaro quoted at like a 15 flat.
Radials>bi ply.

i believe you have the good crack...i dont even think a 69-70 mach could run that, let alone a choked ass stock 73
Its not Holly Heads, its Headers and not sure what brand I will find out.
Carb is a Holly 750 Double Pumper, Not a 650.
Exaust is 2 1/4 not 2. But it is some crappy custom job with pipes that are pretty bent and no clue what kind of muffler.
And Last but not least its a 4 speed not a five!
Didnt look for Cam specs but I will later.
Thanks for the input. Does everyone else agree with Myth about mid 14's? To me I think im running a lot quicker. For the Video I stopped pretty early, you can see when I put the brake lights on when you look closely, the Escape driver got off it when he saw my lights as well. Obviously if we kept going the lead would get farther and farther. Would that distance from me to him only at around 100~ (60MPH) only equate to 1.5 seconds faster in the quarter?
Also, I am looking at some new exaust. I want really really loud sound, the louder (And better preforming) the better. I was looking at Flowmaster but they dont ahve a kit for my year, most dont, but I was told I can buy pipes and mufflers and just put them on. Should I go for a H pipe? Any other recommendations besides Flowmaster?
Thanks for the input again.
Also, here is another Video, taken same day. This one I took it a little high and pretty much just spun all through first and half through second.

My father has a 1969 mach one, with a 351W. The C made more power, espcially stock for stock. Although admittidly not stock, if we go door to door at 30 he walks me like a dog. Not that much has been done to the car.
I drove a 70 Grande with a 351c. Everything was stock, down to the carb/mufflers. The only change was a set of big ass MTs. That car would smoke them in 1st and 2nd if you wernt careful. Hell that was with the dammed 3sp automatic transmission.
